All Sales are final. No refunds, credits or exchanges are issued. Before work can begin a deposit of at least 50% of total price is due along with completed order form.

NOTE: These are character figures and are not intended to be portraits or exact duplicates of you or your faces. Faces, bodies, and props will be cartoonish in representation. Figures are hand made and minor flows may be visible as a result of the process. Resemblances will be based on provided photos; it is the customer's responsibility to provide all necessary information.
