1. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to assure availability and for final pricing based on your description of what you are looking for. 2. Fill out the appropriate order form completely; orders are excepted on a first-come, first-served basis. While it takes two-three weeks to complete the sculpting of figures, there is often a waiting list. Hoss Studio will try to work with your deadline needs. 3. Mail us your completed order form, photographs and payment in full or a 50% deposit. Please note your order is not guaranteed until we receive your completed order form and payment. A 50% deposit or payment in full is required to hold your due date and to start your project. 4. Hoss Studio will contact you via e-mail confirming we received your order info. 5. Once all information is received sculpting can begin. 6. Once your order is in it's finishing stages Hoss Studio will contact you via e-mail letting you know the predicted mailing date. Please note that if 50% deposit was paid your remaining amount will be due at this time -- your order will not be shipped until final payment is received (and checks cleared). 7. Delivery of order.
